SATSANG
TAKING THE PRACTICE OFF THE MAT AND INTO THE WORLD

A talk based on personal experiences that invites questions for those practicing Yoga as householders.

Applying the eight limbs of Yoga and compassion to your everyday work, family life.

This session is open to all and time for Q&A.


Workshop focus on Art of transitions
[ inversions/ arm balancing ]

3 MARZO - 11:00 am [ 3h ]


Come and learn the playful art of transitions, from inversions to arm balancing, hip opening and back bending variations.

This workshop will consist of a Vinyasa based warm up and we will learn safe transitions into the deeper variations.

We will flow between poses and learn the secrets of seamless and graceful practice.

Pam will share the knowledge of the practice and how we can develop the confidence to overcome obstacles on and off the mat.

A short Yoga Nidra is included at the end.

All levels welcome.
