A PROJECT OF ALL AND FOR ALL
"La Shala" is a project that aims to bring together personal development activities, regardless of the experience or trajectory of the practitioners.
That is why we offer teachers, both those with a long experience, and those who are starting, the possibility of developing their activities through the project La Shala.
Our objective is to coordinate and help the meeting between teachers and students, so that each one can explore in freedom of disciplines and approaches.
We are open to any type of activity or proposal related to Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Tai Chi, Gi Qong, natural therapies and personal development.
From November 2015 La Shala started to draw a new path.
The project that emerged from the illusion of 5 friends united by the passion for Yoga, and the willingness to share this space, takes a new direction. We follow Marcos and Bilyana, with the door open to people who want to participate in this project.
To this day this space belongs to all of you that you have made possible this first year. And to all who want to share your practice and experience.
