# Hatha Yoga Open Level #

Open level classes are designed for mixed level groups.

Throughout the class you will be encouraged to practice at your own level and ability without expectation or judgement.

You will rediscover your body, how it works and what it can do.

You will learn to break the habit of moving only from the outer body and loading layers of tension onto yourself.

You will discover how to use the deep core lines along the skeleton to discover your true power, making all your yoga poses more possible as you keep your body healthy for years of yoga to come.

# Yoga Shred #

A yoga shred class is an exclusive blend of yoga and a new style of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) based on traditional yoga poses.

Yoga is brilliant at activating the slow twitch muscle fibres, which build endurance, flexibility, balance and peacefulness. HIIT is fantastic at activating our fast twitch muscle fibres which create bursts of energy, improved fitness, heart health and improved metabolism.

When practiced together you will discover a new dimension of power and energy!

Classes begin in the yoga style, which includes centering, pranayama and salutations.

You will then move into the Yoga Shred portion of the class where you will work to your body's ability for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds for no longer than 4 minutes.

Classes always finish with a restorative pose and well earned savasana to encourage your body rebalance as you rest.
