I started 7 years ago, from the beginning with Mariona Costa (Daya Ma Om), while experimenting with various styles of asana and learning from great Catalan and international masters.

Thanks to my teacher, I learned the teachings of Sri Andrei Ram and Sri Dharma Mittra, and it was in their lineage that I found the perfect balance between the spirituality of yoga and the physical challenge of asana.

I am currently studying for a Masters in Ayurvedic Therapy, which complements my personal practice and the way I conceive and transmit yoga.
